Yes. The app will be free to download. Pro features (unlimited AI queries, full price history, alerts) will sync with your TCG Card Collector Pro subscription.
Does it support non-Pokémon TCGs?
Launch will focus on Pokémon TCG. Other TCGs are on the roadmap based on user demand.
