Welcome to Collector Ai. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Collector Ai website and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Collector Ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2. Platform Intelligence & Disclaimers
Collector Ai provides market intelligence, price tracking, and portfolio management tools for Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) enthusiasts.
Financial Disclaimer
All data provided, including estimated market values and "Investor Stance" indicators, are for informational purposes only. Price data is not always accurate for some cards. We do our best to pull in the best price feeds, but they are only estimates based on sell prices from different markets and can fluctuate considerably.
Collector Ai is not liable for any financial losses or damages resulting from price predictions or AI analysis. The Platform and its contents are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.
3. Apple App Store Supplemental Terms
The following terms apply to your use of the Collector Ai mobile application downloaded via the Apple App Store:
- Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Collector Ai only, and not with Apple.
- Scope of License: The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control.
- Maintenance and Support: Collector Ai is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services.
- Standard EULA: Subject to these terms, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) applies to your use of the App.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Premium features may require a subscription. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account (on iOS) or your provided payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
5. Intellectual Property
Pokémon and all associated trademarks are the property of The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, and Creatures Inc. Collector Ai is an independent intelligence tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these entities.
